Confused, In Byron Bay Today. Ok I'll admit it, I'm confused. It's winter yet it's really warm and kind of busy too, in Byron Bay today. Is there a holiday in progress somewhere that we're not aware of. Everyone seems to have noticed it, there's kids running around, town is busy, there are people having BBQ's and picnics all over the place. Heaps of punters on hire boards in the water; didn't August used to be the quietest month of the year for us here? Hmm, well whatever it is, I can't say that I really blame them. The last three months have been much colder than usual for this region. Maybe folks are so stoked that finally it's sunny and warm that they simply all decided to say stuff work, I'm gonna go hit the beach for a bit instead, In Byron Bay Today.
