Weekend Windup Apr 17 In Byron Bay Today

Welcome to the new In Byron Bay Today Weekend Windup. Until now our windup has been coming out on Sunday nights. But not anymore, from now on its late Friday ready for you guys on Saturday morning. Also, due to a stream of requests, we will be shooting on Sundays from this weekend onwards. So for all you weekend sliders that have been missing out on making it into the In Byron Bay Today updates now’s your chance, if you surfed on Sunday then you’ll be wanting to check on Monday. Ok to this week in review, it’s been a stunner of week in Byron, the rain cleared right on cue as the Bluesfest finished. The swell dropped down to a more family friendly size and it’s just been really pretty in the bay every day. On a down note, one of our buddies, Jen was run over at the Pass yesterday by some aggressive bloke, pretty lame picking on the girls if you ask me. He probably didn’t like that she could surf better than him. Jen, we hope you feel better soon and we all look forward to seeing you back where you belong, in the water In Byron Bay Today.
